Shipping & Refunds


LGCY Premium Sea Moss Gel is made to order and generally ships within 3-5 business days.  Other products generally ship within 1-2 business days. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.



If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  

We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or never received item.  In these cases, please email a picture of the damaged item or order number for tracking verification.  Upon receipt and verification, applicable refunds will be processed the same day and replacement orders will be sent within 1-3 business days of receipt.
